Who are we looking for

TWO focuses on serving the needs of international startups that have raised seed or possibly Series A financing, have validated a business model at home but struggle to raise growth capital to scale their business competitively. Dat Venture works closely with founder-owned companies and their investors that seek an accelerated growth in the United States. 

While we do not have an industry focus, TWO primarily services high-tech startups with a proven business model in the following fields: health-care, biotech, financial technology, marketing analytics, cloud computing, mobile consumer applications and clean-tech.

Whats the deal?

Given the complexities of expanding a business into the US, Dat Venture takes an executive role when advising companies, working closely with their C-suit in the process. In comparison to other brokerage-based models, which may only charge a success commission during fundraising or M&A events, Dat Venture also charges a monthly consulting fee to ensure customers stand at the most competitive position when seeking capital in a new, often unknown market.


Given this consultancy structure, Dat Venture is also less aggressive than average with its success commissions. In addition, in case of success events, the amount paid as consulting fees is discounted from the collected success commission.
